Here’s how to speed up your metabolism to lose extra weight. Speeding up your metabolism is one of the simplest ways to accelerate your weight loss. There’ll be nothing hard with what I’m about to say. Just do what it mentions and you’ll speed up your metabolism to lose extra weight faster.
1. Jump on a mini-trampoline during tv commercials: Listen, jumping on a mini-trampoline by itself is good for weight loss, but by breaking it up into 2 minute mini-workouts, you speed up your metabolism big time. Each time you do it, you are teaching your metabolism to work at a faster pace. Do it often enough and the accelerated pace becomes the normal pace of your metabolism.
Not only that, you get the side benefit of saving a ton of time. You save driving time to and from the gym. You save time from blocking out a whole workout at once. And you are allowed to watch TV.
Pretty good deal, huh?
2. Walking on an inclined treadmill: You can walk on a 10-15 degree inclined treadmill or find a hill, it doesn’t matter. But walking on an incline is incredible for weight loss and speeding up the metabolism due to the huge oxygen deficit it creates.
Because of the oxygen deficit, your body is forced into burning fat for immediate energy needs.
3. Drink cold water: Drinking cold water has been proven to boost your metabolism temporarily anywhere from 8-30%. That’s huge! I hate the boring type of “drink more water” advice as much as you, but it does work. So do it.
Anyway, those are a few ways to speed up your metabolism to lose extra weight faster.
