Weight loss is the latest mantra. Actually it does not make one wonder. The western countries are reeling heavily under the pressure of obesity. It’s as if a giant junk machine is piling pressure on us continuously. We live very hectic lives. This does not give us enough opportunity to take meals at time.
The ideal meal plan tends towards leaner meals at a higher frequency. This means that our large glutton meals at fairly large interval are just what the body does not need. It is difficult for the body to process such food. People try various diet pills as a panacea. Unfortunately, there is no such miracle pill to date. Weight is gained over a life time of over indulgence, its only natural that it takes sometime to lose weight. The psychological trauma of being overweight is such that people take resort in crash diets. There is the Atkins diet, Hollywood diet, burst diets like belly shock method and much more. These are the very unsafe methods of losing weight and only causes serious relapse apart from fatigue, metabolic reverses, immunity loss and strong seizures. It’s not only about weight loss. It’s also about losing it in away that brings no poor side effect or withdrawal symptoms. Continue Reading »

Rose quartz is a beautiful stone that is translucent pink to rose red in color, and is one of the crystals that have traditionally been used to help improve relationship luck. Widely recognized as the ‘Love Stone’, Rose Quartz is most desired for its ability in accelerating the process for those seeking true love, mending cracked relationships and jazzing up your existing romance life. Rose Quartz is also an excellent stone for someone who has trouble loving themselves or receiving love from another because they do not believe that they are worthy of being loved.
Wearing a rose quartz is easy since it is sold in many forms and kinds such as a cabochon stone and as an accent in assorted types of jewelry such as pendants, bracelets and necklaces. Rose Quartz is relatively cheap and also easy to find. Continue Reading »

I started Entre Nous Introduction Agency Melbourne, Australia (later changed to Entre Nous Relationship Consultants & Educators) 13th March 1991. We were successful in introducing couples who formed relationships almost immediately and business ran smoothly until 1996 when we heard of our first divorce – shock, horror. How mortifying! This couple seemed so happy. She was a doctor and he a scientist. It seemed like an ideal relationship at the time. They married in 1993 – the marriage lasted three years. The worst part was that this couple had a beautiful little one year old daughter. In 1997 there were 2 more divorces, again at the three year mark.
I felt personally responsible, I had accepted the praise for good matching and now I had to take blame for the failures. The divorces weighed heavily on my conscience. Continue Reading »

Searching for a good diet, especially one that will act fast, is like looking for a needle in a haystack. There are a thousand diet programs out there, and some are just the stock “eat more vegetables and fewer sweets” regimen, while others offer up bizarre remedies for obesity, like eating lots of peanut butter.
How do you know which rapid weight loss programs work?
To pick a diet program which gets results, you need to understand the basic concept underlying rapid dieting: it’s better to burn more calories than to try and eat less. Eating less makes you crabby, tired and hungry all the time, and it isn’t kind on your metabolism, either. Your body will slow down and try not to burn calories-it literally will try to burn less fat when you eat less! In the long term, it’s possible for a plan like this to work, but only with a lot of pain and time.
We’re not interested in slow, painful diets. Our goal is to figure out how to lose weight quickly and painlessly. Here’s what to look for. Continue Reading »

It’s a time, a season to celebrate. Into the world a child was born. Was it a virgin birth or a natural one. Where was this individual between the ages of 12 and 30? Was he the Isha of India and Tibet? Was this child that grew into a man crucified and resurrected at age 33 or was it 55? None of those questions altar the most visible manifestation of God known to man.
God is most defined in Jesus, but not confined to Jesus. What would make a person think that an infinite Creator could be confined to anything or would want to? So, let us bring JOY to the WORLD because the Spirit of the Creator is with us- Emmanuel.
As Richard Rohr wrote, “God is the Alpha and the Omega, but we are the beta, delta, and gamma. We are not the fulfillment of God, but a piece, a piece that resides within. Theological doctrine we can deal with, but ourselves we cannot. It is comparatively easy to admit to a historical divine/human integration or personification, but it is apparently difficult to accept that same integration or personification within our own remembered and regretted lives.” Continue Reading »
