		<description>Not to nitpick, but as a former weightlifter, I have to address number 2.

Light weights, with increasing repetitions and at faster (but not too fast!) speeds will facilitate weight loss (fat loss) and toning while heavier weights, and slower reps will build bulk.

So unless you want to bulk up, keep the weights light (not feather light, but in the 1-5 lb category for women) and increase the amount and speed of your reps. Otherwise you&#039;ll wind up with big old arms like me :D</description>
